Xiong Ming is an accomplished artist whose brushstrokes weave together brilliance and beauty. With a unique "Chinese-style" oil painting approach, he captivates viewers with his emotive and thought-provoking artworks. As a contracted painter for the prestigious Louvre Museum, Xiong Ming's talent and dedication have propelled him into the spotlight of the international art scene.

In February 2018, Xiong Ming mesmerized audiences with his solo exhibition titled "Shaoyan on the Sea" held at Shanghai No. 1 Art.

In November 2021, his oil painting "Chocolate Ice Cream" triumphed at the esteemed 93rd Grand National Exhibition in the United States.

Xiong Ming entered the Zhejiang Academy of Fine Arts (now China Academy of Art) in 1986 to study oil painting under the guidance of renowned teachers such as Quan Shanshi, Ma Yuru, Qin Dahu, Xu Mangyao, Huang Deyi, and Jin-Mei.From 1990 to 1991, he studied at Hangzhou Education College. In July 2011, he was invited by the Italian Artists' Association to exhibit his unique "Chinese-style" oil paintings, which received a positive response from the local art community. Currently, he is a contracted painter for the Louvre Museum in France. It is known that the Louvre has strict and demanding requirements for contracted artists, and very few Chinese or Chinese-descendant artists have been able to secure contracts. The contract is renewed annually, and even if signed, the Louvre has the right to terminate it based on the artist's performance. Therefore, the allure of the artistic sanctuary of the Louvre is a dream come true for artists. Masters such as Picasso, Monet, Degas, and Hopper were all contracted with the Louvre in their time. Xiong Ming, who has been contracted with the Louvre for five years, recently renewed his contract, embarking on a brilliant artistic career. In February 2018, he held his first solo exhibition in China titled "Graceful Seas" at Shanghai No.1 Art Gallery. In May 2018, he participated in a painter's exhibition organized by the Louvre in Paris, and the same month he joined the Artists' Association of the Louvre in France. On September 3, 2018, he joined the Portrait Society of America, and on October 17, 2019, he joined the New York Artists' Association. In November 2019, his work "The Master's Beginning" was exhibited at the National Exhibition of American Paintings.
